Wash leather shoes?

Last summer i bought some Ed Hardy sneakers. They got adjectives dirty from the mud on the street(it was raining) and i didn’t know it be leather and washed them beside sope and detergent. Now they are clean, but they smell really discouraging. I tried to air them out but every time i attain them back surrounded by the house they smell very impossible. I think the leather is infested next to bacteria or something, althou i haven’t be wearing them for a few mounths. What can i do to get rid of the smell?

Answers:    try some saddle soap or any other leather cream

There’s a website http://www.suedecleaners.com that sells consumer products for cleaning suede & leather shoes.
Check it out…I did.
